90-Day Report in Phuket

If you stay in Thailand on a long-term visa, you must report your address to Immigration every 90 days. It is separate from your visa and easy to forget — we help you file it correctly and on time in Phuket.

What the 90-day report is

The 90-day report (TM47) is an address notification for foreigners staying long-term. It is not an overstay matter and does not extend your visa — it simply confirms where you live every 90 days.

When and how to file

You can usually file from 15 days before to 7 days after the due date, in person at Phuket Immigration, online, or by post. Missing it can lead to a fine (commonly 2,000 THB). Check your date with our 90-day report calculator.

Tip: keep the receipt slip — it shows your next due date.

How we help

We check your due date, prepare the form, help with online filing or the in-person visit, and keep you on schedule so you never miss a report.

Common questions

Is the 90-day report the same as a visa extension?
No. The 90-day report only confirms your address. Your visa or extension of stay is a separate matter with its own dates.
What happens if I miss my 90-day report?
Missing it typically means a fine (commonly 2,000 THB). It does not count as overstay or create an entry ban, but it is best to stay on schedule.
Can I do the 90-day report online in Phuket?
Online filing is available in many cases. If the system rejects your report, an in-person visit to Phuket Immigration is the fallback — we help with both.
