Our services
Visa Service Phuket provides document preparation, appointment guidance, and administrative support for visa applications and Thai driving license conversions in Phuket. We act as facilitators and consultants.
No guarantee of approval
Final decisions on visa approvals, extensions, or driving licenses are made solely by the Royal Thai Immigration or the Department of Land Transport (DLT). We provide guidance based on current regulations, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome as authorities may change rules or request additional documents at any time.
Fees & Payment
Our service fees cover our time, expertise, and administrative costs. Government fees (immigration fees, DLT fees) are typically paid separately unless specified otherwise. All service fees must be settled according to the agreement reached during the consultation.
Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the nature of our administrative services, refunds are generally not possible once we have started preparing documents or secured appointments. If you choose to cancel before any work has begun, a partial refund of the service fee may be considered.
Liability
Visa Service Phuket is not liable for delays caused by government processing times, system outages (e.g., online reporting portals), or changes in Thai law. It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and truthful information.
