Common questions
How is the 90-day report date calculated?
It is due 90 days after your last report or your last entry into Thailand. You can file from 15 days before to 7 days after that date.
What is the fine for a late 90-day report?
A late report is commonly fined 2,000 THB. It does not count as overstay and does not create an entry ban.
Does leaving Thailand reset my 90-day count?
Yes — re-entering Thailand usually restarts the 90-day clock from your new entry date. We can confirm for your case.
Can I file the 90-day report online?
Often yes. If online filing fails, you can file in person at Phuket Immigration — we help with both.
